first you need a podcast producer then you need a host like type in podcast host on google and youll get tons of free ones but then its up to you. good luck
You can use software to create an iTunes compatible podcast. The software will automatically encode the podcast feed for you. I would suggest FeedForAll, there is a free download at (there is both a Windows and a Mac version).
