      you can either use wifi and the app store directly on your ipod touch or iphone, or you can download them on itunes from the app store there but you need an updated version of itunes.

      How to get pass code on your iphone/ipod touch?
      1.Go to settings
      2.Go to General
      3.Scroll down and you should see something called Passcode lock.
